Sellers’s Terms and Conditions

For Sessions: Retainers are non-refundable. If anything changes or you need to cancel for any reason, you may apply your retainer as credit towards another photo-session if you are unable to participate in your scheduled session. (Please do so, outside of 48hrs of your scheduled session OR future appointments will be subject to another retainer fee) For Edits: All Edits are photographer's best interpretation of how he feels each image looks. If specific editing is required or requested, I may do so at my discretion. (Per case basis.) Photoshopping is an additional $2.00-$20.00 based upon complexity. Edits are NOT final and may be tweaked if minor imperfections are found, but photos will NOT be changed due to distaste or disagreement of how the final edited photos look. LATE FEES: Final Payment is Due on or before the day of scheduled event. After which, a $50 Late FEE will incur AND $10 per day afterwards, until final obligation has been fulfilled. *Delivery of photos and/or videos will not be honored until settlement/obligation is met.
